WesTrac's **** Women in Trades Program offers a long-term technical career path.
You'll be paid to learn while gaining hands-on experience with Caterpillar machinery and develop skills for a permanent Technician role.Over 17 weeks you'll train across WesTrac's Component Rebuild Centre (CRC), Flexi Parts and New Mining Machines operations, combining classroom theory with real equipment work and safety practices; upon completion you move into a full time Technician position.
