The Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing workshop team.
Coordinate maintenance activities, workforce planning and resource allocation to maximise workshop performance.
Plan and prioritise workshop workloads and maintenance schedules.
Drive safety, quality, productivity and asset reliability.
Oversee maintenance documentation, parts procurement and QA/QC processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient workshop operations.

What We're Looking For
Trade qualification with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience.
Proven experience in asset management within a workshop environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to interpret technical data, part numbers, and mechanical schematics.
Knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance planning, and compliance standards.
Able to lead by example
Demonstrable in field safety leadership
