The position totals 40 hours per fortnight, with 24 hours as cook and 16 hours as a food and domestic services assistant, including every second weekend.Shifts rotate over seven days.
The role includes preparation, cooking and service of meals, patient/resident catering, and overseeing Environmental Services within hospital and aged care facilities.
