Reporting to the Training Superintendent, this opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Coordinator to join the team at Oaky Creek North Mine.In this role, you will be responsible for:Developing, implementing, and coordinating sustainable systems to manage the site training requirements and associated activities effectively.Conducting audits and providing reports on training compliance across the operation.The management of the site training needs analysis, through skill development, refresher training, Training Days, course forecasting and onboarding.Development and facilitation of training packages, training plans for all coal mine workers.Implementing the Oaky Creek Coal closure Training strategy.Building and developing stakeholder relationships across Oaky Surface and Oaky North operations.Coordinating and supporting a Training team, reporting through to the Training Superintendent.About you: At Oaky Creek Coal, we hire for attitude and train for skill.

self-driven and think critically.As the successful Senior Training Coordinator, you will have:Demonstrated commitment to a high performing safety culture.Formal qualifications in Assessment & Workplace Training with qualificationsProven experience in a similar role in an underground mining environmentExcellent planning and coordination skills with the ability to operate under pressureAttention to detail in reporting and good written / verbal communication skillsPrevious experience leading teams and large workforce numbers.Just as importantly, we've worked hard to make sure you feel valued.
