The Opportunity You'll take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk across Melbourne's Property & Development sectors, partnering with leading property groups,



developers, agencies and asset managers.
With established relationships and active opportunities already in place, you'll have a strong foundation to build on while developing your own client network and growing your market presence.Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing established client relationshipsIdentifying and converting new business opportunitiesBuilding strong networks across the Property & Development industriesMeeting with clients and providing recruitment and market adviceTaking detailed job briefs and identifying suitable candidatesManaging the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placementNegotiating offers and delivering successful outcomesDeveloping your LinkedIn presence and industry reputationCollaborating with consultants across Melbourne and our national officesDelivering an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your market, build long-term relationships and enjoy the financial rewards of running a successful recruitment desk.About You We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, motivated, confident and passionate about building relationships.
Ideally, you'll already have recruitment experience, whether that's within Property, Development, Construction or another specialist recruitment market.However, we're also interested in speaking with high-performing professionals from across the wider property industry, including:




Commercial and Retail PropertyResidential Real Estate and Property ManagementProperty DevelopmentAsset and Facilities ManagementLeasing and SalesConstruction and Project ManagementProperty-related Business Development and Account Management
