Your day‐to‐day will include:Diagnosingand repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faultson Vermeermachinery such as trenchers, horizontal directional drills, chippers,grinders, and vacuum excavatorsPerformingscheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and major repairsinaccordance with manufacturer standardsUsingdiagnostic software, service manuals, and schematicsto accuratelyfault‐find and resolve complex issuesRepairingand rebuilding components, including pumps, motors, hoses,



drivetrains,and wear partsCompletingservice documentation and inspectionsto support quality workmanshipand safe operationYou'll also:Deliverreliable, high‐quality repairs that exceed customer expectationsContributeto a solid safety culture and continuous improvement within the workshopWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Hasexperience as aheavy equipment, diesel, mechanical, or planttechnicianBringspractical skills inhydraulics, mechanical systems, and machineryrepairIsconfident reading service manuals, diagnostics, and technical drawingsIssafety‐focused, solutions‐driven, and takes pride in quality workmanshipWorkswell in a team environment and takes ownership of tasksRelevanttrade qualifications, licences, or certifications(e.g. dieselmechanic, fitter, heavy vehicle) are highly regarded.Specificrequirements will be discussed during the recruitment process.Who is RDO?
