The position supports contract/procurement activities,



assessing invoices and claims relating to construction activities.ResponsibilitiesAssessing invoices and claims relating to construction activities against relevant criteriaSupporting the preparation and coordination of operational contract activitiesReviewing financial information and documentation accurately within a high-volume environmentLiaising with internal teams, service providers and key stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate informationIdentifying issues and trends requiring escalation or further actionSupporting continuous improvement of operational contract processes and service deliveryEssential CriteriaExperience working with invoices, claims, finance, accounts payable or similar financial administrationStrong Excel and AI system skillsGovernment experience preferredAbility to accurately interpret and review invoices and supporting documentationUnderstanding of financial processes and contract/procurement environmentsWhy Apply?
