As Support at Home grows, so does their finance team, and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who enjoys getting billing and claims right.About the roleYou'll run Support at Home and general invoicing, keep debtors under control, and work closely with operations to fix issues early.
Responsibilities include:Preparing and uploading Support at Home claims and reconciling them to payments receivedProcessing Services Australia remittances and allocating payments across our CRM (Visual Care), Xero and client statementsIssuing invoices,



credit notes and monthly plan-managed statementsFollowing up outstanding debts and producing weekly aged debtor reportsResolving rejected claims and billing queries with care and operations teamsAssisting with month-end, year-end and audit documentationAbout you2+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accountingXero and robust Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables)Detail-focused, organised and calm under deadlinesWilling to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening CheckHighly regardedExperience in aged care, disability or community servicesSupport at Home and/or NDIS claiming (highly desirable)Bilingual skills, as many of our clients and team speak languages other than EnglishWhat we offerA supportive, multicultural team that values integrity and communityTraining in Support at Home claiming and room to growFull-time role in Cabramatta with an immediate startANG is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
