Working across 3 companies,



the successful candidate will be responsible for:Ensuring customer accounts are kept in line with agreed credit termsConducting credit collection activityCustomer account reconciliationsCustomer email and phone account queriesDaily receipting and allocation of cash paymentsAssisting with the opening of new accountsProcessing credit card paymentsAssisting with Month end processesIn addition to your experience with the above tasks, you will have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAn excellent ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and ExcelExperience in an FMCG environment, and using Sage 300 (ACCPAC) will be looked upon favourably, as would the ability to commence immediately.In return for your contribution to our team, you will be rewardedwith a professional and supportive work environment and a competitive remuneration package.
