You will coach team leaders, drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency, and work on shop-floor initiatives to deliver results.You will lead change, coach large teams, and use data to guide practical recommendations, with robust emphasis on safety and food safety culture.
This role requires a relevant degree and several years in manufacturing.
