We're small enough that your work gets seen and your ideas get heard.The roleYou'll join our Nutritious Snacks brand team, reporting to our Senior Brand Manager and working alongside our Brand Manager and commercial team to deliver the portfolio plan with pace and precision.
This is a genuine ABM role: you'll get your hands on everything from new product launch management, data analysis and campaign execution.
You'll build your brand management skills fast, taking on bigger work packages as you grow.What you'll doSupport NPD, renovation and packaging projects by managing timelines, stage-gates, briefs, artwork and approvalsBuild your understanding of portfolio and category P&L; drivers, and contribute analysis that shapes brand decisionsTrack scan, category, competitor and campaign performance, and turn the numbers into clear insights and recommendations for the teamKeep an eye on competitor launches, range changes and emerging trends, and bring new opportunities to portfolio discussionsCoordinate consumer, shopper and retailer media activity with our agencies, then run the post-analysis so we learn from every campaignTrack marketing budgets, forecasts and agency costs on track,



and flag variances earlyKeep team trackers and actions tight so projects don't stallAbout you2+ years in brand, marketing, category or a commercial role, ideally in FMCG or consumer brandsComfortable with data, and you like finding the "so what" in itHighly organised and detail-focused, able to juggle multiple projects at oncein a fast-paced environmentConfident working with agencies and internalteams across Sales, Finance, Insights and QualityCurious, keen to learn and happy to make a recommendation, while knowing when to elevateWhatwe're offeringHybrid working arrangements (Tuesdays we are all in the office & eat lunch together!)Our wellbeing program.
