Job SummaryWorking at Dawson Mine, this role involves direct engagement with Komatsu MARC Dawson to support a large and complex fleet of Cummins engines, ranging from 15L through to Tier 4 60L units.
This position operates on a 7/7 dayshift roster and is focused on delivering high-quality field service support, including breakdown response, scheduled maintenance, and defect identification to maximise fleet reliability.
You will work closely with Komatsu Site management, building strong relationships with OEM to ensure effective communication, customer satisfaction, and consistent uptime of Cummins-powered equipment onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide field service support across a large and complex Cummins-powered fleetDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines ranging from 15L through to Tier 4 60L unitsRespond to breakdowns, perform scheduled maintenance, and identify defectsWork directly with customer supervisors and site leadership to optimise reliability and uptimeCollaborate across multiple customers and stakeholders operating onsiteIdentify and implement opportunities to improve equipment performanceMaintain accurate service documentation and reportingAdhere to all Health,
