We are looking for a skilled 3D Revit Draftsperson to join our design team and take ownership of fire services 3D Revit models from design through to as built, working closely with our Lead Design Engineer and BIM Lead.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain native 3D Revit models for fire detection, aspirating smoke detection, EWIS, gas detection and suppression systemsProgress 3D Revit models through LOD 400 (issued for construction) to LOD 500 (as installed, field verified)Produce 2D documentation from the 3D model, including plans, sections, details and schematicsCoordinate with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and structural trades within federated 3D modelsRun and resolve clash detection using NavisworksPrepare model submissions in .
