We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our construction company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Xero accounting software and a positive understanding of bookkeeping for the construction industry in Australia.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial transactions and data entry in XeroProcess invoices, receipts, and paymentsReconcile bank statements and accountsPrepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation contributionsMaintain accurate and organised financial recordsAssist with month-end and year-end reportingRequirements:Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in constructionStrong knowledge of XeroUnderstanding of Australian accounting practices, GST, and BASExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
