Supporting more than 50 locations and approximately 480 team members, you'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams, driving organisational change and delivering practical people solutions that enable business success.This is a unique opportunity to influence leaders at all levels, navigate complex employee and industrial relations matters, and help shape the future workforce of a large, customer-focused organisation.What you'll be doingPartner with operational leaders to execute workforce and people strategies aligned to business objectives.Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future leadership capability.Support significant business transformation and organisational change programs.Coach, challenge and influence leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and engagement.Drive improvements across retention, attendance, performance management and leadership effectiveness.Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and risk management matters.Lead enterprise bargaining activities and maintain productive union relationships.Use workforce insights, data and metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision making.Design and facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.Build strong partnerships across People, Safety, Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.We're looking for someone whoSignificant HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational environments.Tertiary qualifications at bachelor's degree level are preferred.
While qualifications in Human Resources are highly regarded,
