About the Role
In this position, you will report directly to the Residential Site Supervisor and take ownership of multiple residential projects across the The Hills and Western Sydney.
Depending on your experience, you will oversee 15 to 20+ dwellings simultaneously, coordinating trades, scheduling materials, and managing all site activities from civil groundwork through to final handover.
This is a hands‐on supervisory role where your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem‐solving skills will be essential in delivering homes on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 15 to 20+ residential builds concurrentlySupervise all on‐site trades and oversee construction phasesCoordinate job scheduling, materials, and subcontractorsLiaise with internal teams, including Estimators and DraftersLead and support site staff while ensuring compliance with safety standardsTroubleshoot and resolve construction and design challenges as they arise
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying (essential)A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in residential constructionStrong background in volume or project home buildingProven ability to manage multiple sites and teamsValid Driver's LicenseWork with an experienced and supportive team and managementAccess to ongoing training and professional developmentLong-term, secure role with a growing company
