As the operation embarks on its next chapter this unique operation has engaged us to find an Environmental Advisor to join the site based team on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.About the RoleThis is a site-based technical role supporting the environmental compliance and performance of the operation, working within a strong environmental team.
You will help ensure the site operates within its Environmental Authority (EA) conditions, support the implementation of environmental management plans so they are embedded in day-to-day site practice rather than treated as static documents, and carry out water monitoring, sampling and reporting with a focus on data integrity and timely regulatory submissions.
You'll work closely with operations, technical services, and the leadership team, and you'll build your capability and your career as the business moves through its ramp-up phase and beyond.About YouYou bring hands-on site-based experience in environmental management within coal mining or a comparable heavy industry, with a working understanding of EA compliance, management plans, and water monitoring and reporting.
You're practical, eager to learn,



and comfortable working collaboratively with operational teams to get compliance embedded in practice, not just on paper.
