Our 100-seat izakaya sits beneath a retractable glass roof, with guests watching the kitchen at work from the sushi counter or settling in for dinner with friends.
The menu brings traditional Japanese techniques together with Australian produce, spanning sushi and sashimi, yakitori, tempura and donabe rice cooked to order.
