Job Description
Purpose: support impact assessment, readinesstracking, communications,



training coordination, stakeholder engagement andadoption.
Seniority: Mid to senior.
Reports to: Change Management Lead.
Responsibilities
Maintain the change impact register and readinesssurveys.
Write plain language communications for internal andexternal audiences, coordinated with ASIC Group Communications.
Coordinate role based training and train the trainer sessions.
Track adoption and support demand after each release.
Essential: change analysis or communications ontechnology change programs.
