Goodstart Lake Munmorah is seeking an Educational Leader to partner with Educators to observe, review and elevate the centre's educational programs. You'll deepen understanding of child development and apply the Early Years Learning Framework, guiding teaching practice and curriculum delivery. As part of the Goodstart Plus model, you'll lead change, champion excellence and work with the leadership team to benefit children, families, and staff across the centre.
