Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Virtual Care Child and Family Health Nurse/Midwife to deliver accessible, high‐quality care to children aged 0–5 and their families via telehealth and digital health solutions.
You will provide clinical assessment, triage, advice, care coordination and early intervention support, while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, family‐centred care across the care continuum.
