Build and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models under the guidance of senior engineers
Configure and support AEM Assets, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows
Develop backend services in Java (Spring, REST APIs), contributing to integration work with enterprise systems
Build componentised frontend experiences using React JS or an equivalent framework, applying WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidance
Work to Git branching and pull request standards, taking part in code review as both author and reviewer
Resolve CI/CD build failures and quality gate issues rather than handing them on
Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Take ownership of features within a sprint, escalating design questions to senior engineers or architects

Hands‐on experience with AEM Assets, including DAM workflows and metadata basics
Strong core Java (Java 8+), Spring, and RESTful API design
React JS or an equivalent contemporary frontend framework; component‐driven development; working awareness of WCAG 2.1 AA
