With a reputation built on quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service, they offer a friendly and collaborative workplace where team members are valued and supported.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team on an initial 6-8 week assignment.Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries and order processing activities.Key responsibilities include: Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chatManaging returns, exchanges,
