The firm looks after around 500 companies, 400 trusts and 150 SMSFs, with turnover of $3 M. It has a strong reputation locally as a good place to work and for paying its people well.The opportunityThe partners are looking to bring on a Manager or Director level accountant. For the right person there is a genuine pathway to partnership within a few years, with the firm planning ahead for long term succession.The role Manage a varied business services portfolioClients range from mum and dad businesses (fees of $1.5k to $3k)



through to larger groups (fees of $10k to $20k)Client turnover from $300 K to $15 M across trades, boat sales, accommodation and hospitalityReview work and support the team About you CA or CPA qualifiedManager level experience in public practiceSMSF experience highly regardedSelf motivated and comfortable running your own workloadHappy to work mainly from the office What's on offer Partnership pathway1 to 2 days WFH per week if wantedOnsite parkingWeekly Wednesday lunch training sessions: open format, tax discussions and topics brought by the teamStrong salary package based on experience
