Churches of Christ Queensland – Toowoomba QLD is seeking an experienced Care Manager for Warwick Aged Care Service, a up-to-date 128-bed facility. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, oversee assessments, plans, and documentation, and drive quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN registration with AHPRA, 3–5 years in aged care or acute settings, and postgraduate gerontology or dementia care qualifications.
