ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in our Wollongong Office and reporting to the Senior Manager Supply, you will drive the use of technology, data analytics and automation to improve decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of the GM³ Supply function. Working closely with Category Management, Contracts and Purchasing teams, you will develop reporting solutions, deliver commercial insights, improve data quality and support the implementation of practical AI initiatives that create efficiencies across the business.

Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

- Develop and maintain cost-driver analysis for key supply categories.

- Analyse supplier spend, expenditure forecasts and commercial opportunities.

- Design, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and analytical tools.

- Coordinate monthly Supply reporting and business performance updates.

- Provide reporting and insights on sourcing strategies, project performance and key risks.

- Improve data quality, consistency and governance across Supply systems and processes.

- Support the development and implementation of Supply AI initiatives.

- Apply data validation, confidentiality and governance controls to reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with Supply, Operations,



Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through analytics and automation.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and business reporting solutions.

- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

- Experience working with ERP or procurement systems, data governance and KPI reporting.

- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to SQL or similar data extraction tools.

- Experience supporting or implementing AI-enabled business solutions.

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- The ability to manage priorities and deliver reporting outcomes within required timeframes.

- Experience within mining, resources, supply chain or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
