About the Role As a PCA, AIN or Aged Care Worker, you will:

- Provide personal care and daily living support to residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers and mealtime support
- Promote resident dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition




- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months recent residential aged care experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability across morning, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights
