Ambition Health Group is looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our growing casual nursing workforce, providing community-based nursing services in Avoca and surrounding regional areas of Victoria.

This opportunity would suit nurses who are based locally or are willing to travel to Avoca for scheduled nursing visits.

About the role

You'll provide professional,



person-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes and community settings throughout Avoca and surrounding areas.

Depending on your registration, experience and scope of practice, responsibilities may include:

- Providing nursing assessments and ongoing clinical support.

- Delivering continence care and assisting clients with their individual healthcare needs.

- Monitoring clients' health and identifying changes in their condition.

- Providing appropriate nursing interventions and treatments within your scope of practice.

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reporting any concerns.

- Promoting client dignity, independence and wellbeing.

- Working collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals.

Availability required:

- Availability for scheduled nursing visits, generally twice per week.

- Ability to accommodate approximately one-hour appointments.

- Willingness and ability to travel to Avoca (3467) and surrounding areas.

- Flexibility to accommodate agreed appointment times.

About you

We're looking for reliable, compassionate and clinically confident nurses who are comfortable working independently in community settings.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous nursing experience, ideally within community nursing,



continence care or a similar clinical setting.

- Confidence working independently and managing client care.

- Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

- A professional and client-focused approach.

- Reliable transport and a willingness to travel to Avoca for scheduled visits.

Essential requirements

All applicants must hold the relevant qualifications and current documentation for their position:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.

- Relevant nursing qualification.

- Current National Police Check.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Current Working With Children Check.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Evidence of current influenza vaccination.

- Full Australian working rights.
