About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and maintaining luxury presentation standards throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5-star standards
- Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise guest accommodation areas
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost property
- Ensure rooms are completed within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

- Previous housekeeping,



hotel, or cleaning experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
