What you’ll do

- Partner with SMEs and scale-ups on compliance, tax strategy, advisory, and reporting.

- Drive efficiency and accuracy through AI-enabled processes and automation.

- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to projects that push the firm forward.

What you’ll bring

- 3–6 years in public practice/business services (SMSF experience a plus not essential).

- Degree in Accounting/Commerce and CA/CPA (completed or near completion).

- Confidence with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks and strong communication skills.

- Energy, curiosity, and a drive for innovation and ownership.

The package

- $110k–$130k package inclusive of super (commensurate with experience).

- Hybrid working (Camberwell HQ + remote days) and funded PD.
