Are you a creative all-rounder with a passion for photography, videography, content creation and graphic design?

The Campaign Management Agency is looking for a talented Content Creator and Multimedia Designer to join our team.

Working across the property sector and related businesses, you'll create everything from professional photography and promotional videos to social media content, digital campaigns and graphic design.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, brings fresh ideas and loves turning creative concepts into engaging visual content.

What You'll Be Doing

· Photography and videography of properties, businesses, people and events

· Creating engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels and short-form videos

· Video editing, colour grading and post-production

· Photography editing, retouching and enhancement

· Developing creative concepts for digital campaigns and social media

· Designing brochures, presentations and marketing collateral

· Creating social media graphics and digital advertising assets

· Branding, signage and other graphic design projects

You'll have the opportunity to manage creative projects from concept through to shooting, editing and final delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with strong photography and videography skills, a creative eye and solid graphic design capabilities.





You'll ideally have experience with:

· Photography, lighting and camera equipment

· Videography, filming and video editing

· Social media content creation and short-form videos

· Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

· Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro

· Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Figma

Experience with After Effects, motion graphics and drone photography would be highly regarded.

About You

You'll suit this role if you're creative, versatile and comfortable working both behind a camera and at a desk.

You'll be someone who:

· Has a strong eye for composition, detail and visual storytelling

· Enjoys shooting, editing and producing content

· Understands what makes engaging social media content

· Can manage multiple projects and changing priorities

· Works well independently and collaboratively

· Takes feedback well and contributes fresh creative ideas

You'll have access to equipment and opportunities to shoot a variety of properties, businesses and content on location.
