We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our network by securing new sites and partnerships across a growing portfolio of more than 550 locations.

This is an autonomous role where you'll have full accountability for territory targets. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be rewarded with a generous base salary plus uncapped commission.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A natural hunter who is proactive and can build a strong opportunity pipeline
- Someone with excellent negotiation skills and can negotiate with landlords on lease agreements
- A confident, naturally outgoing person with excellent communication skills who is comfortable presenting opportunities and can clearly articulate the business and revenue drivers
- Someone who has a strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries
