The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Adelaide design studio seeking a Senior Architect / Associate to contribute to its project portfolio and ongoing studio development.

Working across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and urban design, the practice delivers considered design outcomes across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role

Reporting to a Director and working closely with the Associates and Senior Associates, you will lead project teams, oversee delivery and contribute to the strategic advancement of the studio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading medium to large-scale architectural projects from inception through to delivery.
- Managing project teams, resources, programmes and commercial outcomes.
- Building relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Leading tenders, submissions and business development opportunities.
- Providing design direction and mentoring to emerging team members.
- Championing collaboration across architecture, interiors, landscape and urban design.
- Ensuring compliance with the NCC,



Australian Standards and relevant project requirements.

The Like Mind

You are an experienced Registered Architect with at least 10 years' experience in architectural practice and a background operating at Senior Architect or Associate level.

You will bring:

- Proven leadership across medium to large-scale projects and project teams.
- Experience across education, community, sporting or masterplanning projects.
- Exposure to local and/or state government projects and stakeholder consultation.
- Confidence leading tenders, submissions and business development initiatives.
- Sound construction knowledge, including procurement and contracts.
- Strong communication, organisational and mentoring capabilities.
- A collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to the wider success of a practice.

Experience across multi-residential projects, DIT and DfE standards and BIM delivery will be advantageous.
