We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their cooking and has the technical skills and experience to contribute to a high-performing kitchen. The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

- AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (or equivalent relevant culinary background).

- At least three years of relevant cooking or kitchen management experience, ideally within fast-paced hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, cafés, or quick-casual dining.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods and kitchen operations.

- Experience preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients.

- An understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and appropriate food storage practices.

- The ability to organise and coordinate kitchen activities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.

- The ability to supervise, train, guide and support other kitchen team members.

- Good communication, teamwork and time management skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
