Location: Southbank, Melbourne. Hybrid: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday from home.

Bell & Bone is a premium Australian pet dental and everyday-care brand for dogs and cats. It turns looking after your pet’s health into a daily ritual that owners and pets both look forward to. Founder-led, Australian-made and meat-first.

The range is in over 700 stores, with thousands of five-star reviews and eight years of product development behind it. The team recently launched a second brand, Snug Pet Co, into Coles, and there’s a lot more on the way.

The role

Two brands, a full social calendar and a team that always has something on the go. Behind all of that sits a steady stream of admin: ads to upload, PR boxes to pack, comments to reply to and influencers to keep in the loop. That’s where you come in.

This is a first-job-out-of-uni role. You’ll support the whole marketing team, own a set of daily tasks and jump in wherever you’re needed. You’ll see how every part of a marketing team works up close, from paid social to events, with a lot of dog and cat content along the way.





What you’ll do

- Upload Meta and TikTok ads. The campaigns are built for you, and you get them live.
- Pack and send PR boxes.
- Reply to comments and messages on Instagram and TikTok in the brand voice.
- Help with influencer admin: outreach, send-outs and tracking.
- Help at events with prep, logistics and on-the-day support.
- Handle general marketing admin, plus a few daily tasks that keep the team moving.

What you’ll bring

- A recent uni degree in marketing, communications, business or similar
- Good organisation and an eye for detail
- You’re at home on Instagram and TikTok
- Strong verbal and written communication
- You’re happy to say yes and get stuck in
- You pick up current tools quickly
