We're working with an established, family-owned commercial real estate agency in Melbourne's North-West that's looking for a motivated Commercial Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

- Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm – no regular Saturday requirement specified.

The Role

- Prospect and secure new commercial managements.
- Build relationships with landlords, investors and commercial property owners.
- Conduct rental appraisals, prepare proposals and win new business.
- Identify new leasing opportunities and bring commercial properties to market.
- Conduct inspections, negotiate lease terms and secure tenants.
- Manage a smaller portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties end-to-end.




- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance and landlord communication.
- Work closely with the existing team to grow the rent roll.

What we're looking for

- Ideally 2+ years experience in commercial property management, leasing or business development.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys prospecting, networking and winning new business.
- Good understanding of commercial leases and property management.
- Confident communicating with landlords, conducting appraisals and negotiating.
- Organised and comfortable balancing BDM responsibilities with a smaller portfolio.
- Self-motivated with an interest in growing alongside the business.
- Current Victorian real estate registration or licence.
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
