An excellent opportunity has opened to join a large, customer-led organisation undergoing significant transformation. Sitting within the Commercial Analysis function, this role will focus on understanding whether major customer initiatives, offers and investment decisions are delivering measurable commercial value.

Your new role

You'll sit at the intersection of financial analysis, commercial strategy and value realisation, translating data into clear recommendations that influence senior decision-makers. You'll take ownership of analysis and value realisation across major customer initiatives, including:

- Leading analysis of customer offers, personalisation and lifecycle initiatives.
- Measuring the commercial value and effectiveness of customer decisions.
- Building frameworks to track value realisation and demonstrate ROI.
- Identifying which offers, bundles, cross-sell and upsell activities deliver the strongest outcomes.
- Developing business cases and supporting investment decisions.
- Providing monthly and quarterly performance and value updates.
- Turning complex customer and financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Working closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Transformation and Analytics teams.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
- Helping shape new processes and frameworks within an evolving function.





What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial thinking and stakeholder influence. You'll ideally bring:

- Robust experience across customer analytics, commercial strategy, value realisation or a related area.
- Experience within customer lifecycle, personalisation, decisioning, telecommunications or another large customer-led organisation would be highly regarded.
- Experience with decision-making and personalisation platforms such as Pega is highly regarded
- Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of commercial performance, ROI and value measurement.
- Experience developing business cases, measurement frameworks or benefits tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to SQL and Power BI would be beneficial.
- A curious mindset and willingness to challenge existing thinking.
