We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will value being part of a supportive team and appreciate working for considerate business owners who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.

You will be someone who:

- Has a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up ready to work each day
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Communicates respectfully with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Values long-term employment and being part of a growing family business

- Appreciates a workplace where management works alongside the team and genuinely cares about its employees
- Is willing to learn, develop recent skills, and contribute to a positive workplace culture

In return, you'll join a friendly, down-to-earth team where hard work is recognised, staff are respected, and everyone works together to achieve great results for our customers.

This role would suit someone looking for more than just a job. We're seeking a team member who wants to build a long-term career with a family-owned business that values loyalty, teamwork, and mutual respect.
