ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply, you will act as the primary Supply representative at site, providing commercial and contracting expertise while building strong relationships with Operations, Finance, Superintendents and Contract Owners. You will support sourcing and contracting activities, coordinate supplier performance reviews, facilitate commercial issue resolution and help ensure the Supply function effectively supports operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

- Act as the primary point of contact for contracts and commercial matters on site.

- Partner with Operations and site stakeholders to support business objectives.

- Participate in operational, planning and financial meetings as the Supply representative.

- Execute sourcing activities including scopes, tenders, evaluations and negotiations.

- Support contract development and formation activities.

- Coordinate supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.

- Monitor purchasing activities and work closely with procurement teams to improve service delivery.





- Ensure compliance with governance, commercial and legal requirements.

- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply continuity.

- Support local and Indigenous procurement initiatives.

- Assist with the resolution of procurement, supplier and contract-related issues.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Experience in commercial, contracts, procurement or supply environments.

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end contract development and administration.

- Experience working closely with operational stakeholders in a site-based workplace.

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret procurement data and operational budgets.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management and supplier performance.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing site requirements.

- A commitment to safety, integrity and customer-focused service delivery.
