The Chance

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a global healthcare technology organisation.

Representing an innovative portfolio of women's and newborn health solutions, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across public and private hospitals throughout South Australia.

You will engage with a broad range of clinical stakeholders across maternity, labour and delivery, obstetrics, gynaecology and neonatal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve agreed targets across South Australia.

- Develop relationships with midwives, obstetricians, neonatologists, neonatal nurses and clinical department managers.

- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing hospital accounts.

- Present and demonstrate medical device products and clinical solutions.

- Deliver product training, clinical education and in-service sessions.

- Provide ongoing product support and advice to healthcare professionals.

- Develop strategic account plans and manage sales pipelines.

About You

You will be a commercially driven sales professional with experience in medical devices or a related healthcare industry.

Ideally, you will bring:





- Proven medical device or healthcare sales experience.

- Experience selling into hospitals, particularly maternity, labour and delivery, obstetrics, gynaecology or neonatal/NICU departments.

- Established relationships with midwives, obstetricians, neonatologists or hospital nursing teams will be highly regarded.

- A tertiary qualification in Science, Health Sciences, Nursing, Midwifery, Business or a related discipline.

- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

- The ability to identify opportunities, influence clinical stakeholders and develop long-term relationships.

- A proactive approach to business development and account management.

- The ability to work autonomously and manage your territory effectively.

Experience in clinical education, product demonstrations or training healthcare professionals will be advantageous.
