About the Role

Due to the current encumbent going on parental leave we are looking for a a Team Assistant to join the team based out of the Brisbane office on an initial 12 month contract.

We intend for this role to be part-time only, 3-4 days per week, with Monday or Fridays as potential off day/s, the team can be adaptable ad hoc, regular office attendance is required due to the nature of the role

With the support of the Executive Assistant to the Chief Engineer, you would provide administrative support to the General Manager Construction Engineering and the Construction Engineering stream, which may include organising the day-to-day activities, inclusive of diary management/scheduling, communications, reporting, records management, procurement, accounts/invoices, travelling & logistics and purchasing.

Assistance may also be required on ad hoc tasks from the EA.

What you will do

- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager Construction Engineering and wider Queensland Engineering team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and day-to-day coordination.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, stakeholders, vendors and technical partners.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other business documentation.
- Manage SharePoint, document control, records, expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
- Support team systems,



governance and continuous improvement activities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
