We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team across Disability and Aged Care services.

Disability: Available across a 7-day roster
Aged care: Available Monday to Friday

- Personal care and daily living support

- Community access, transport and appointments

- Domestic assistance

- Social and emotional support

- Respite support

✅What You'll Need





- Minimum Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent) plus 6 months experience

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, First Aid and CPR

- Current Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance

- Practical Manual Handling Certification

- Working With Children Check desirable but not essential!

- Willingness to travel between support locations
