We're hiring in Colac: Sales and Marketing Assistant

Otway Pasta Company is growing, and we've got some exciting current products on the way. We need someone to help us launch the recent range and keep our existing sales strong.

What you'd be doing

- Supporting our sales team with promotions and store outreach

- Supporting our social media partners

- Email marketing and newsletters to our customers and stores

- Helping run in-store cooking demos and tastings

- Running our direct-to-consumer promotions

- Customer service when things get busy

- Working directly with Steve, our owner

This role wears a lot of hats, and that's the appeal. You'll see how a food business really runs, from marketing to the shop floor. If variety gives you energy, you'll love it here.

A creative streak is a real bonus. If you've made social content,



shot video or built good emails, show us.

You're organised, you notice details, and you like fixing problems and finding better ways to do things.

AI is part of how we work here. We'll show you the ropes, but we want someone who's excited by it, not daunted.

Part-time or full-time. We'll shape the role around your strengths. Pay in line with experience. Based at our office in Colac. Driver's license needed.

Attitude matters more to us than experience, but if you've got both, even better. If you're driven, enthusiastic and keen to have a go, we want to hear from you.
