Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a valuable life for everyone.

What are we looking for? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable support workers in Gympie, QLD, to join our mission of setting a new standard for support and provide support for aged-care clients. Hireup support workers are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and older Australians and are committed to high standards of quality.

Your background:

We are currently seeking support workers who have hands-on experience with the following supports:

- Personal care

- Mobility (one client has a high fall risk)

- Dementia

- Mealtime Management

- Transport support

- Experience with community services

- Domestic assistance

Shift times:

A range of shifts are available from Monday - Friday, mainly on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, with the possibility of extra shifts added in the future. Shifts are 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours in length for multiple clients.

Mandatory documents required:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Full First Aid

- Right to work in Australia

- National Police Check – Completed within the past 24 months





- Full Australian Driver's Licence

- Must have minimum Cert III in Individual Support
