- 3 years plus post admission experience
- Current Practising Certificate
- Software knowledge (LEAP), eBrief Ready and Microsoft Office programs
- General knowledge of other areas of the law welcome but not necessary
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist across a range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting, property, financial proceedings and agreements, dispute resolution and court proceedings
- Drafting correspondence, court documents and providing legal advice
- Managing client communication with professionalism
Working with and supported by mentoring from senior family law practitioners and accredited family law specialist
