We are seeking a keen customer service focused individual to join our team!
The duties are wide-ranging and include a wide variety of tasks such as:
Customer Service
- Serving customers at the trade counter, over the phone and via email
- Processing orders, preparing quotes accurately and on time
Warehouse Duties
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Load and unload trucks, delivery vehicles and customer vehicles safely
- Occasional deliveries using a small ute
About you:
As our Trade Counter/Warehouse Assistant,
you will need:
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable dealing with trade customers, in person and over the phone
- Current Driver Licence and forklift Licence
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full Australian Working Rights
