Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are currently partnering with several highly regarded commercial builders seeking experienced Foremen, General Foremen and Site Managers to deliver a range of education projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.
Projects include new school campuses, major refurbishments, learning centres, STEM facilities, sporting infrastructure and multi-building education precincts ranging from $10M to $150M+.
These opportunities suit construction professionals with experience delivering commercial, institutional, education, health or government-funded projects who are looking to join established builders with strong repeat client relationships and long-term project pipelines.
Your new role
As a Foreman or Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Driving safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Managing construction sequencing and site logistics
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget and specifications
- Leading site teams and maintaining high-performance site cultures
- Building solid relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Foreman, General Foreman or Site Manager
- Background delivering commercial, education, health, residential or government projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site safety
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction preferred
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
