In This Role, You Will
- Support children’s learning, development, and daily routines.
- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and teams.
- Work across a variety of Guardian centres while maintaining high-quality care.
- Follow all child safety and wellbeing practices.

About You
- Hold or be studying a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Hold a current paid (Employee) Working with Children Check
- Have completed (or be willing to complete)
the GECCO Child Protection Foundations and GECCO Child Protection Advanced courses.
- Two relevant references from an Early Childhood centre (placement or employment accepted)
- Be willing to travel between centres when required.
