Your new role

This is a temporary Accounts Payable opportunity commencing in early December, with the potential for extension. You will manage a busy end-to-end AP function, including:

- Managing and monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox
- Setting up and maintaining new supplier accounts
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
- Ensuring invoices are accurately coded and entered into the system
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
- Responding to supplier and internal Accounts Payable queries
- Preparing invoices and supporting documentation for payment runs
- Maintaining accurate supplier and payment records
- Assisting the wider finance team as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role,



you will ideally have:

- Previous end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience processing high volumes of invoices
- Robust supplier statement reconciliation skills
- Experience working with payment runs and supplier maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
