The Opportunity
ROUSSOS is partnering with a growing South Australian civil contractor with capabilities across civil infrastructure, structural concrete and large-scale landscaping.
With a strong pipeline of work, the business is looking to appoint a Project Engineer who is keen to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and develop their career.
You will work closely with an experienced project team, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle in a business that values its people and encourages internal progression.
The Role
You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction projects, working closely with site teams and key project stakeholders.

- Providing technical and engineering support to site teams.
- Monitoring project progress, quality and compliance.
- Managing QA documentation, including ITPs, WMS and project records.
- Working with senior team members to resolve project challenges.
About You
- Experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure.
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualification.
- Understanding of project coordination, planning and site delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Motivation to take on greater responsibility and progress your career.
